How it works
How to set up
Go to your form → Settings → Basic Settings
Open the form you want to configure.
Find "Additional notification emails"
This field is in the Basic Settings section.
Enter email addresses separated by commas

priya@agency.com, arjun@agency.com, meera@agency.comClick Save Settings
All listed recipients will receive notifications from this point forward.

Real-world example
Digital Agency — Client Inquiry Form
Your agency has a designer, developer, and project manager. When a potential client fills out the inquiry form, all three need to see the submission instantly — so they can assess scope, timeline, and design needs in parallel.
