How to set up

Go to your form → Settings → Basic Settings

Open the form you want to configure.

Find "Additional notification emails"

This field is in the Basic Settings section.

Enter email addresses separated by commas

Click Save Settings

All listed recipients will receive notifications from this point forward.

Real-world example

Digital Agency — Client Inquiry Form

Your agency has a designer, developer, and project manager. When a potential client fills out the inquiry form, all three need to see the submission instantly — so they can assess scope, timeline, and design needs in parallel.

Combine with the Rules Engine

Use rules to send notifications to differentemail addresses based on field values. For example, route "Sales" inquiries to the sales team and "Support" requests to support. Learn more →
