This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Flowqen platform. By using Flowqen, you agree to comply with this policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Flowqen to:

• Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited messages
• Collect personal data without a lawful basis or appropriate consent
• Create forms that impersonate other organizations or individuals
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Facilitate fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Collect payment card data (PCI DSS scope) without appropriate compliance
• Collect sensitive health, biometric, or genetic data without appropriate safeguards
• Harass, threaten, or abuse form respondents
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Circumvent rate limits, abuse APIs, or attempt to access data belonging to other users

Fair Use

• Free plan accounts are for personal or evaluation use. Commercial use requires a paid plan.
• API rate limits exist to ensure platform stability for all users. Do not attempt to circumvent them.
• File uploads must comply with the size and type restrictions configured for your plan.
• Automated or bot-generated submissions that bypass spam protection are prohibited.

Content Guidelines

• Forms must not contain illegal, defamatory, or obscene content
• Form content must not infringe on intellectual property rights
• White-label forms must not misrepresent the data controller

Enforcement

Violations may result in warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination at our discretion. We may also report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact us at support@flowqen.com.

Reporting Abuse

If you encounter a Flowqen form being used in violation of this policy, please report it to abuse@flowqen.com with the form URL and a description of the violation.
